Tip
Gas smell calls are always handled as emergencies - the caller is directed to National Gas Emergency (0800 111 999) immediately, regardless of the time of day.
Out-of-hours calls
CallHandlr knows your trading hours and adjusts its messaging accordingly. During working hours it says someone will call back shortly. Out of hours, it sets realistic expectations, letting the caller know you'll be in touch the next working day, while still capturing all their details.
