CRM Integration

Connect a supported CRM and keep new callers and bookings in sync.

Pro

Once connected, CallHandlr can push new callers and booked callers into your CRM as contact records. It does not create full jobs, invoices, or provider-specific workflows yet.

What currently syncs

  • A person/contact record when a new caller is captured
  • A person/contact record when a booking is successfully made

Note

The current depth is contact sync. It is designed to get the right person into your CRM reliably first. Deeper provider-specific actions may be added later.

  • HubSpot: connect with a standard sign-in flow
  • Jobber: connect with a standard sign-in flow
  • Zoho: connect with a standard sign-in flow
  • Housecall Pro: paste your API key in the portal
  • BigChange: coming soon
  • Other: contact support to request a provider

How to connect your CRM

Open Settings

Log in to your CallHandlr account and go to Settings.

Choose your CRM provider

In the CRM Integration section, pick your provider from the list.

Complete the setup method for that provider

Some CRMs use a Connect button. Others ask you to paste a key or another credential.

Check that it shows as Connected

Selecting a provider is not enough on its own. The connection must show as Connected before sync can happen.

If your CRM is not on the list

Select Other in the CRM list and follow the prompt on screen, or email support@callhandlr.com. We can review whether your CRM is a good fit for a future integration.
