Daily Job Summary
Your morning briefing of everything on the schedule.
Every morning, CallHandlr compiles a summary of that day's jobs and sends it to you by SMS. It's your daily briefing. It's everything you need to know before the first van leaves for the day.
What's included
- Total number of jobs scheduled for today
- Each job listed with: customer name, postcode, problem summary, and time slot
- Engineer assigned to each job (if multi-engineer is configured)
- Any open leads from yesterday that haven't been followed up

When is it sent?
The daily summary is sent at 7:30am by default. You can change the send time in Settings → Notifications → Daily summary time.
Tip
If you start work earlier (e.g. 7am), set your summary to 6:45am so you have it before the first job of the day.
Turning it off
Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle off Daily summary. You can also pause it for specific days (e.g. weekends) without turning it off entirely.
