Daily Job Summary
Your morning briefing of everything on the schedule.
Every morning, TradieToolBox compiles a summary of that day's jobs and sends it to you by SMS. It's your daily briefing — everything you need to know before the first van leaves the yard.
What's included
- Total number of jobs scheduled for today
- Each job listed with: customer name, postcode, problem summary, and time slot
- Any Emergency or Urgent jobs flagged at the top
- Engineer assigned to each job (if multi-engineer is configured)
- Any open leads from yesterday that haven't been followed up

When is it sent?
The daily summary is sent at 7:30am by default. You can change the send time in Settings → Notifications → Daily summary time.
Tip
If you start work earlier (e.g. 7am), set your summary to 6:45am so you have it before the first job of the day.
Turning it off
Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle off Daily summary. You can also pause it for specific days (e.g. weekends) without turning it off entirely.
